Welcome to HarfLink! By using this application, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using HarfLink (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
HarfLink is a multiplayer word game application that allows users to:
- Create and join game rooms
- Play word chain games with other users
- Compete for scores based on valid word submissions
3. User Conduct
When using HarfLink, you agree to:
3.1 Acceptable Use
- Play fairly and respectfully
- Use appropriate display names
- Submit only legitimate words
- Respect other players
3.2 Prohibited Conduct
You must NOT:
- Use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate display names
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
- Attempt to cheat or exploit game mechanics
- Submit intentionally offensive or inappropriate words
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Interfere with the operation of game servers
4. Game Rules
4.1 Word Validity
- Words must be valid according to the selected language dictionary
- Words must follow the word chain rules (start with the last letter of the previous word)
- Words must be within the allowed length (2-20 characters)
- Previously used words in the same room are not allowed
4.2 Room Conduct
- Rooms are subject to automatic cleanup after inactivity
- Players who timeout repeatedly may be removed from rooms
- Public rooms are visible to all users
5. Content and Moderation
5.1 User-Generated Content
Display names chosen by users are temporary and not stored permanently. However, inappropriate names may result in action being taken.
5.2 Reporting
Users may report inappropriate behavior. Reports are reviewed, and action may be taken against violators.
5.3 Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Remove or moderate any content
- Suspend or terminate access for violations
- Modify game rules at any time
6. Intellectual Property
All content in HarfLink, including but not limited to:
- Application design and code
- Game mechanics and rules
- Databases and word collections
- Graphics, sounds, and logos

7. Disclaimers
7.1 Service Availability
HarfLink is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Error-free operation
- Availability at all times
7.2 Network Dependencies
The App requires an internet connection. We are not responsible for issues caused by your network provider.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HarfLink shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or game progress
- Issues arising from network connectivity
- Actions of other users
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jordan.

1. قبول الشروط
بتحميل أو تثبيت أو استخدام HarfLink (“التطبيق”)، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الاستخدام هذه. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
2. وصف الخدمة
HarfLink هو تطبيق لعبة كلمات جماعية يتيح للمستخدمين:
- إنشاء غرف لعب والانضمام إليها
- لعب ألعاب سلسلة الكلمات مع مستخدمين آخرين
- التنافس على النقاط بناءً على إرسال كلمات صحيحة
3. سلوك المستخدم
عند استخدام HarfLink، توافق على:
3.1 الاستخدام المقبول
- اللعب بشكل عادل ومحترم
- استخدام أسماء عرض مناسبة
- إرسال كلمات مشروعة فقط
- احترام اللاعبين الآخرين
3.2 السلوك المحظور
يجب عليك عدم:
- استخدام أسماء عرض مسيئة أو غير لائقة
- مضايقة أو إساءة أو تهديد اللاعبين الآخرين
- محاولة الغش أو استغلال آليات اللعبة
- إرسال كلمات مسيئة أو غير لائقة عمداً
- استخدام أدوات آلية أو برامج روبوت
- محاولة الهندسة العكسية أو اختراق التطبيق
- التدخل في تشغيل خوادم اللعبة
4. قواعد اللعبة
4.1 صحة الكلمات
- يجب أن تكون الكلمات صحيحة وفقاً لقاموس اللغة المحددة
- يجب أن تتبع الكلمات قواعد سلسلة الكلمات (تبدأ بالحرف الأخير من الكلمة السابقة)
- يجب أن تكون الكلمات ضمن الطول المسموح (2-20 حرفاً)
- الكلمات المستخدمة سابقاً في نفس الغرفة غير مسموح بها
4.2 سلوك الغرفة
- تخضع الغرف للتنظيف التلقائي بعد عدم النشاط
- قد تتم إزالة اللاعبين الذين ينتهي وقتهم بشكل متكرر من الغرف
- الغرف العامة مرئية لجميع المستخدمين
5. المحتوى والإشراف
5.1 المحتوى المُنشأ من المستخدمين
أسماء العرض التي يختارها المستخدمون مؤقتة ولا يتم تخزينها بشكل دائم. ومع ذلك، قد يتم اتخاذ إجراء بشأن الأسماء غير الملائمة.
5.2 الإبلاغ
يمكن للمستخدمين الإبلاغ عن السلوك غير اللائق. تتم مراجعة البلاغات وقد يتم اتخاذ إجراء ضد المخالفين.
5.3 حقوقنا
نحتفظ بالحق في:
- إزالة أو إدارة أي محتوى
- تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول للمخالفات
- تعديل قواعد اللعبة في أي وقت
6. الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتوى في HarfLink، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- تصميم التطبيق والشيفرة البرمجية
- آليات اللعبة والقواعد
- قواعد البيانات ومجموعات الكلمات
- الرسومات والأصوات والشعارات

7. إخلاء المسؤولية
7.1 توفر الخدمة

- خدمة غير منقطعة
- تشغيل خالٍ من الأخطاء
- التوفر في جميع الأوقات
7.2 تبعيات الشبكة
يتطلب التطبيق اتصالاً بالإنترنت. نحن غير مسؤولين عن المشكلات الناجمة عن مزود الشبكة الخاص بك.
8. تحديد المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لن تكون HarfLink مسؤولة عن:
- أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية
- فقدان البيانات أو تقدم اللعبة
- المشكلات الناشئة عن اتصال الشبكة
- تصرفات المستخدمين الآخرين
9. التغييرات على الشروط
قد نقوم بتحديث شروط الاستخدام هذه من وقت لآخر. سيتم نشر التغييرات داخل التطبيق مع تاريخ محدث. استمرار استخدام التطبيق بعد التغييرات يعني القبول.
10. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الأردن. يتم حل أي نزاعات في محاكم الأردن.
